Paris Fashion Week: Balmain Fall/Winter 2014

A show that I always look forward to seeing is Balmain! They for sure did not disappoint! Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Joan Smalls, Jourdan Dunn, and Sasha Luss were a few of the models rocking the runway this show.
I really enjoyed the use of colors, prints, and textures. There was a lot of different colors, but they worked well alongside eachother. My favorite look going down the runway was:
Not just because it was worn by Rosie,my all-time favorite model, but because the leather is just amazing! I love the way it's structured and has a strappy kind of design to it. The neck is also really cool, and once again, adds structure.
Another one of my favorites:
Ahhh! I've been obsessed with feather-ey and furry textures lately.  I love the use of different textures and fabrics shown throughout the show. The skirt is my favorite part. It also has a cool strappy design on top. I really enjoy the belt that helps break-up the outfit and identify textures.
My last favorite is:
I guess I really just like the strappy design, haha. But, besides that I absolutely LOVE the color. It's very bright, but the gold accents add such nice contrast. I really like the skirt as well, and i think, believe it or not, it would go really well with a lot of different pieces. Very basic ones of course!

So, what did you think of the show? Overall, I loved it and I think between the makeup, hair, models, and clothes, it was for sure one of my favorites. I give it a ten out of ten!
